I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a genuine connection. Feeling heard, understood, and accepted creates the foundation for lasting growth and healing. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore life’s challenges at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can work toward understanding your emotions, building on your strengths, and creating a life that feels more connected to your values.
I have experience supporting adults, adolescents, and children through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, and trauma. I have a special interest in working with children and youth and enjoy using play-based and developmentally appropriate approaches to help young people express themselves, build resilience, and navigate difficult emotions. My training in play therapy through the Institute of Child Psychology in Edmonton has further supported my ability to support children.
Having experienced the value of therapy myself and witnessed the resilience of the clients I’ve worked with, this process can be incredibly vulnerable. It can also be the beginning of a meaningful journey toward greater self-understanding, healing, and lasting change. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you through that process.
